Terms & Conditions of Sale for Online Sales

These Terms & Conditions relate to the sale of goods by Blueberry Hill Preserves, a partnership based in Bardsey, West Yorkshire. By placing an order with Blueberry Hill Preserves, you are signifying your acceptance to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions do not apply to any order placed directly with Blueberry Hill Preserves at events or to any Blueberry Hill Preserves products bought via a third-party seller, such as a retailer.
The placing of an online order represents an offer by you to buy the products specified and we will confirm that offer to you by means of an email message. This does not confirm acceptance of your offer, as this will only happen upon dispatch of your order, at which time we will confirm acceptance of your order.
Orders placed on this website can be shipped to mainland UK addresses. For any UK addresses beyond this, please contact us for shipping costs. Currently, we do not ship outside the UK.
Prior to dispatch, you may cancel your order at any point and we will refund any monies that have been charged.


Once the goods have been received by you or a third-party recipient, you have the right to return the goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. You must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. If the goods are returned in exactly the same condition as dispatched, we will refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping costs, but you will bear the costs of return shipping. Goods that have been opened, used or have deteriorated in some manner cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty Goods

Given the perishable nature of the goods, you must inform us at once if you believe that the goods are faulty. Please retain the goods for examination. We will contact you to arrange for the return of the goods and we will cover the cost of such return using a shipping method designated by us. If the goods are found to be faulty, you can choose to either have the goods replaced or to have your full order costs reimbursed.
Please note that these products are hand-produced in small batches and some variability in texture, taste and colour is a feature of such products and not to be regarded as a fault.
If we can find no fault with the product, you will not be reimbursed. However, you may ask for an independent expert opinion and, if there is still no resolution, for arbitration.


All prices include VAT, where applicable.
Where an item is incorrectly priced on the website, we will contact you if the correct price is higher than the website. If the correct price is lower than the website, we will charge the lower price and refund any monies owed.


Whilst we endeavour to display only in-stock products on the website, demand will at times result in insufficient stock being available to meet all orders. In this case, we will inform you and should the resulting order not meet our minimum requirement, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid.


We will choose whichever delivery method we deem most appropriate for your order and will typically dispatch your order within two working days of receipt. Any delivery estimates provided on our website or within messages are intended as a guide and are not a contractual commitment.

These Terms & Conditions and any contract for online sales is subject to English Law.
