Cheeses

Our range of specialist cheeses has recently been added to the website, but we've been selling them at shows for several years and customers love them. Happily for them, we haven't suddenly turned our attention to cheesemaking, as it's a very different skillset to preserve-making. We got friendly with a small, independent cheesemakers in the rural West of England that has a similar approach to quality ingredients, big flavours and great taste.

Each cheese within the range represents a unique flavour profile (they work really well with our preserves!). Some may have subtle hints of herbs or spices, while others showcase complex nutty or fruity undertones. The attention to detail and dedication to traditional cheese-making techniques results in exceptional flavours that set them apart from mass-produced cheeses.

Please note that orders can be mixed jars and cheeses. Any orders containing cheese include frozen gel packs to maintain lower temperatures during shipping.
